Haw Par Villa, formerly known as the Tiger Balm Garden is a popular theme park in Singapore based on Asian culture. It is the largest outdoor gallery located along Pasir Panjang Road.

Haw Par Villa dates back to 1937 but during later years the park witnessed a lot of changes after WWII. People mostly explore the park with their little ones to introduce and inspire Chinese morality.

The most famous Chinese mythological character, Sun Wukong the Monkey King is also appearance with its supreme cudgel.

At the park, you can take part in either a daily tour or a weekly twilight tour to explore and learn about the villa.

The major highlight of Har Paw Villa is the ‘Ten Courts of Hell’ which is known to have spiritual significance.

There are around 1000 statues dotted across 150 dioramas and the most significant one depicts the story of White Snake Legend reflecting one of the four great folktales from China.

All the dioramas at the park combine to create and evoke a significant reflection of Chinese mythology.

Around the park, you will find a random distribution of giant statues of lobsters, pandas, goats, gorillas, crab lady, and more.

Some of the chief attractions of this popular theme park in Singapore include Jade House, Garuda, Statue of Liberty, Madam White Snake, Entrance Archway, Eight Immortals, Signature Ponda, Pagoda Ponda, and Suma Wrestlers.
