1. Scope & Procedures
www.singaporevisa.ae offers its visa services to all nationals
(mainly UAE residents), except individuals belonging to Azerbaijan
and Qatar nationalities. All other individuals can contact us for
any kind of visa services. Our specialist visa consultants not only
help to choose the right visa package but also deal with the
documentation and submission of the visa application at the
respective country’s consulate or vis centre. We try our best to
ensure that our clients receive their visa on time. However,
Singaporevisa.ae cannot be held responsible in case of delay or
rejection of visa application due to any (not limited) of the
following reasons:
- Incomplete visa application form
- Missing or ambiguous supporting documents
- Error or omission of information
- Non-booking of airline tickets
Any loss incurred by the client due to the above reasons would not
be the responsibility of singaporevisa.ae. We can help you to book
your air tickets as part of the visa services, in case you request
for the same. However, it is best to book flight tickets and book
hotel accommodation only when you receive the visa, unless it is a
requisite of the visa rules of the country you are applying for.
Moreover, you must also check with the airlines if you have to catch
a transit fight before arriving at your final destination. The
transit visa policies are not the same for all countries.
2. Documentation
It is your responsibility to ensure that all documents are in order
before you travel to Singapore. Your passport should have minimum 6
months’ validity from the date of return from Singapore to apply for
the country’s visa.
To ensure quick processing of your visa application, you must send
your passport and all the supporting documents to us within the time
period provided to you. When you send all the documents to us, you
are automatically agreeing to that Singaporevisa.ae would be giving
back these documents only after the completion of the visa
procedures by the visa issuing authority.
Visa interview appointments are provided by the consulate/embassies
on first-come-first-serve basis. However, there may be changes in
appointment dates in case we do not receive all the documents.
Once the application procedure is completed, we would return all
your important documents like passport, flight voucher, travel
insurance, hotel voucher, appointment letter, etc. with utmost care.
It is your responsibility to acknowledge the receipt of these
documents through email. If you fail to send the mail on the same
day, we would not make any more changes. Further, you would have to
pay extra for any additional changes.
When you receive the visa, you must notify singaporevisa.ae through
mail on the same day. This is crucial, especially if there is any
discrepancy in the documentation. In case you fail to notify us the
same day, it would be considered that the visa is accepted by you.
Singaporevisa.ae is not responsible for the liability that happened
due to the delay from your side.
We expect our clients to inform us about any changes in travel plan
or additional requirement in advance. We are not responsible for any
issues caused due to this.
3. Fee and Payment Mode
Our visa fee includes the visa processing fee specified by the visa
issuing authority along with our visa service charges. You can make
the payment through credit card, debit card, or online bank
transfer. It is important to ensure that the payment can be billed
and processed on an immediate basis. It is important to note that
the processing fee and the visa application requisites may change
without any prior notice.
4. Processing Time
The processing time for visa application would vary from country to
country. The processing time mentioned on our website are estimates
that are based on our years of experiencing dealing with consulates
and embassies. The visa process begins from the day after we receive
your visa application. The immigration office works from Sunday to
Thursday, and the visa processing time does not include weekends
(Friday and Saturday) and any other public holidays. Moreover, the
embassy or consulate may be closed without providing any notice. In
short, singaporevisa.ae should not be held responsible for any delay
in Singapore visa approval.
5. Approval and Rejection of Visas
The only responsibility of www.singaporevisa.ae is to submit your
visa application form and all the supporting documents. The visa
evaluation and processing are done by the Singapore consulate or
embassy. The approval or rejection of your visa is the sole
discretion of the issuing authority. Singaporevisa.ae does not have
the legal capacity to assure the approval of your Singapore visa.
6. Policies on Cancellation and Refund
The visa application fee is not refundable once your application has
been submitted to the consulate, even if your visa application is
rejected. The processing fee may be refundable if you cancel the
service before the visa application is submitted to the issuing
authority. In this case, you would be entitled to receive a partial
refund (not more than 50% of the fee), as we do not refund any
service, banking, or administration charges.
Once your visa is submitted, www.singaporevisa.ae would not be
responsible for loss or refund caused due to the consulate or
embassy’s change in visa policies.
If you want to cancel your visa application, you must log into your
account on singaporevisa.ae account and click on delete or cancel
option. In any case, we would not refund credit card payment that is
more than a month old. Instead, it would be offered as a service
credit, which you can use for any other visa application through
singaporevisa.ae only.
The information on visa packages, their pricing, etc. are subject to
changes or amendments without any prior notice. Hence, it is
important for our clients and other interested parties to visit the
website occasionally to review the updated version of the terms and
conditions.
7. Use of Intellectual Property
All elements of this website, including the information, text,
images, content, etc. belong to singaporevisa.ae and are protected
by copyright laws. Hence, we have the rights of limiting or stopping
the access to all or any part of the website, at any time, without
providing any warning or intimation.
Our users or visitors can view the content provided on the website
to gain information. However, in no case can you use the content of
our website by copying, altering, publishing, selling, or
re-posting. Apart from this, any illegal use of the company name,
logo, trademark, etc. can also lead to penalties.

8. Applicable Law & Language
All the terms & conditions mentioned here are applicable as per the
UAE law. Any dispute caused between singaporevisa.ae and the client
would be resolved through the jurisdiction of the federal courts of
the UAE.
All correspondence regarding the visa services should be written in
English language only. Singaporevisa.ae is not responsible for
spelling mistakes or errors in any document that is provided in a
language other than English.
9. Indemnify
By choosing www.singaporevisa.ae., you agree to indemnify us against
any damage, losses, or expense caused due to:
- Encroachment of our terms and conditions

representatives
